Missing you poems: A tribute to our far away beloved

In our mortal life, for some reason there’ll be who you us very much step away and leaving a void within out soul. Maybe they’re your parents, your best friend, your brother/sister or your lover. They may now stay very far away from your current place or you know you’ll never have a single chance to see them again but nothing can prevent you from having the memories of them in tour mind.




One day, you suddenly remember them, and then what will you do to let them know that you miss them. Have you ever thought of writing a poem and send it to them. No matter they’re still alive or not, you can also show them how much you miss them, even just for strengthen your feeling, by composing a “missing you poem”.





I Miss You

I want to cry every night,
Because I miss the way we fight.
I pray for you every night,
Because I miss you not being in my sight.
I miss the sound of your voice,
That I am sick and tired of all this noise.
I miss the way you smell,
Oh that smell.
I miss the look upon your face,
That made me smile with such grace.
I love you so much I can’t deny,
For when I see you I will break down and cry.
For when I cry these happy tears,
I won’t have anymore fears.
You’ll be home safe with me,
That I’ll be able to sleep.
Oh how I miss you so much.
I’ll just have to wait and hope you will, keep in touch.

Missing You Poems for Friends :

When 2 best friends, for some reasons , are forced to be apart from each other, it will be a difficult time to both of them, because when being together they can talk, can smile, share confide, learn each other styles . When each person live in each place , they can not not remember the other, they miss when they keep in touch , They will be forced to go through their normal routines apart from each other. Each one may miss the qualities that the other contributed to the friendship .

Memories are Left

I want to be with you,
But you’re millions of miles away.
I wish you would call just to ask about my day.
It would make things so much better if I could hear your voice,
I guess I can’t complain too much, it just wasn’t your choice.
You were always there for me through both the good times and the bad.
You were always there to laugh with me, or to help me when I’m sad.
It’s not that I pity you,
But I’ll admit your life’s been tough,
I just wish that physically,
I could be there when things get rough.
Down at the mall even though we had no money,
Laughing at anything and everything, yet none of it was funny.
Driving around the block, or baking things all day,
We never really ran out of things to say.
You’re locked up only a few hours away now, but it seems so far.
I wish I could be down there, where you are.
Why do two best friends you’ll ever know,
Have to be split up, because one is forced to go?
Now that we’re so far apart,
I love you even more.
Maybe we both love too much,
But, hey, that’s what friends are for.
Each time they say your name,
A tear forms in my eye,
How can I be happy,
If all I seem to do is cry?
You weren’t supposed to leave me,
This has to be a dream.
I cant accept your absence,
And take goodbye for what it means.
You left me lost and broken,
I still can’t find my way.
Months have passed real slowly,
But it’s harder every day.
I will never forget you,
Though we are far apart,

Missing You Poems for Family :

We are living too busy and some of us live so far from our families. Work does not allow us to live with our family. We miss the relationships with our families and often we do not even share important life events with them. We need to move back towards our families. If not in actual distance then at least we must move closer in our hearts. Believe me, no one ever love us unconditionally like our family can. We'd be fools not to take advantage of this opportunity. If you let time passes, one day you will never see them again because nobody live forever just to waiting for you come to see. Lonely For Mom

There was one a person who made me feel safe
held my hand when I began to fall from grace

This person was my mother she's the one I miss
she brought me love and endless happiness

On November 11th 2001 you died leaving me all alone,
oh God how I cried

Why did you have to go please tell me why?
now I have to drink and do drugs just to get by

I wish you were here mom I miss you so much
no one even knows what I would give for just one touch

Why does everyone else get to have there moms near
do they know I'd give anything to have my mother here?

I'm sad and lost mom will you help me find my way?
will you get rid of the tears I cry each day?

I know the answer and the answer is no
cause for me to move on I have to let you go

Mom I love you and thank you for all you did for me
and I hope someday I make you proud for whatever comes to be

For all those that have a mother please hold her tight
and never say you hate her even when you fight

For you never know when she might have to go
and the pain that it brings ..... I hope you never have to know!!
